Welcome to Jan’s at Emerald, this holiday home is located just a few minutes’ walk to the beach and from several local cafes. Recently renovated with a new kitchen and glamorous bathroom, Jan’s at Emerald sleeps up to 7 people.
Situated in an idyllic location to holiday with family and friends. With 3 bedrooms plus a study with a laptop-friendly desk and unlimited WIFI, this holiday home is also great for workcations. There is a foldaway bed in the study, which is suitable for a child.
The lounge room is beautifully furnished and has a large TV and board games to keep the kids entertained. Enjoy preparing meals in the kitchen or spend the afternoon on the outdoor undercover deck with Webber BBQ and outdoor dining table with festoon lighting above. The kitchen is fitted out with everything you need including a Barista Max coffee machine. Wake up and make a great cup of coffee with our locally roasted coffee beans by Artisti Coffee. Or head to the local cafes for your latte fix.
There’s plenty of space in the back year for kids to run around, although they might be too tired for that after a day at the beach, which is patrolled during the summer months.Be sure to take a walk over the headlands and make the most of the Solitary Island Coastal walk, taking in beautiful scenery, historical landmarks and wildlife.

Pets are considered at this property. A Pet Fee of $110 is payable, which is a one-off fee per pet for the duration of your stay (up to 7 days). There is also an additional pet bond of $500. Please note that only 2 pets are permitted per property at any time. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.

- This home requires a security deposit and rental agreement
- Minimum booking age of 21 years of age applies and parties are prohibited.
- We use a third-party Guest App which will be responsible for all communication before and during your stay.
- Concierge services are available via our Guest App.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
