Step inside and you’ll feel the beauty of design straight away with the bespoke timber hall table, polished concrete flooring, and a stunning painting of a Kingfisher by a local artist.
The spacious living area with comfortable lounge seating faces large timber sliding doors across the front of the home. These doors slide open to create a connection with the beautiful native garden. Step out to the front deck you’ll find a double swinging chair – perfect for pondering the day, reading a book and admiring the natural landscape.
The kitchen has bespoke handmade cupboards and a butler’s pantry with custom cabinetry. It is fully equipped and has a coffee machine for you to enjoy. The open plan layout connects with the dining area, which also has beautiful windows opening to the garden outlook and pendant lighting.
Sleeping up to 8 people (up to 7 adults), this home has 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The family bathroom is spacious with a luxurious feel and features a rain shower and a large deep soaking bathtub. The main bedroom’s ensuite, although compact, makes up for it in clever design and has a luxurious walk-in rain shower and marble tiles throughout.
The backyard area is equally impressive, with an undercover alfresco BBQ area including a bar table. There is a large outdoor lounge undercover, and beyond that is a fire-pit with circular seating. Perfect for cooler nights and a lovely way to spend afternoons and evenings with family, friends, and a glass of red!
From the swinging chair to the alfresco pavilion, circular fire-pit, and outdoor shower, there are quiet spots throughout this holiday home and garden that are tailor-made for relaxation and enjoyment.

Pets considered on application. Please note the owners will consider pets at this property, provided they are not permitted in the bedrooms or on the furniture. Two of the owners suffer from pet-allergies.
A Pet Fee of $110 is payable, which is a one-off fee per pet for the duration of your stay (up to 7 days). There is also an additional pet bond of $500. Please note that only 2 pets are permitted per property at any time. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.
Other Things to Note:
- This home requires a security deposit and rental agreement
- Minimum booking age of 21 years of age applies and parties are prohibited
- We use a third-party Guest App which will be responsible for all communication before and during your stay
- Concierge services are available via our Guest App
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
