As its name suggests, this property has a lemon myrtle plantation which is harvested yearly to make essential oils.
With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet, this comfortable home is perfect for a family or group. As a single level home with open plan living areas, Lemon Myrtle Estate is also suitable for those with accessibility or mobility requirements. The décor has a relaxed boho feel to help you instantly feel relaxed.
There are plenty of things to keep you occupied. Relax around the pool and make yourself a drink at the BYO pool bar, or enjoy a long lunch in the alfresco dining area overlooking the beautiful bush surrounds and the lemon myrtle trees. Enjoy a game of pool in the games room, or grab some floor cushions to sit by the fire in the cooler months. Sink into the numerous comfy lounges in any of the 3 separate lounge areas and enjoy life at a slow pace.

Lemon Myrtle Estate is a 15-minute drive to Park Beach Plaza, Coffs Harbour’s largest shopping centre which has 120 speciality shops, groceries and cafes, along with Target, Big W, Woolworths, Ritchies Supa IGA, Aldi and JB Hi-Fi. It is a 12-minute drive to Moonee Beach which has all the conveniences you need including a pub and of course the beach and creek. It is a 24-minute drive to Coffs Harbour Airport.
Lemon Myrtle Estate has parking for three cars in a carport and plenty of space for additional parking on the driveway if required.
Children will love playing on the lush lawns and exploring the property. You’ll never want to leave – just sit back and soak up the country panorama around you.

- Minimum booking age of 21 years of age applies and parties are prohibited.
- We use a third-party Guest App which will be responsible for all communication before and during your stay.
- Concierge services are available via our Guest App.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
