Welcome to Ocean Thirteen, a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home, sleeping up to 8, located in beautiful Emerald Beach, just a stroll away from the beach, headland walking tracks, and local cafes. Oceans 13 is stylishly decorated and has spacious living areas, ocean views, and a large, landscaped backyard with a gorgeous outdoor firepit with seating.
Upon entering the home, walk down several stairs to the open-plan dining area and kitchen. The chic dining area, which is air-conditioned, opens onto a large deck with BBQ and outdoor table and has views over the landscaped lawns and outdoor fire pit with sandstone seating surround.
The 3 bedrooms are located on the ground floor and all have ceiling fans. The family bathroom is spacious with high ceilings and has a bath and shower with a separate toilet. There is also a second bathroom adjacent to the kitchen, with a shower, toilet, and washing machine.
Upstairs, to level one of the home is a large living area with TV, seating, and a queen sofa bed. This area opens to a deck that has lovely ocean views. Take the extra-large bean bags out to the deck to spend mornings in the sun catching up on some “me time” or reading a book. Kids and families will absolutely LOVE the games cupboard that is choc-a-block with board games and card games to keep everyone entertained. There is also a basket with soft toys for younger children. There is a powder room on this level for convenience, and this room enjoys air conditioning to keep you cool all year round.
Enjoy sitting around the fire pit at night with family and friends. You may even like to cook dinner over the fire! The fire pit comes with a starter pack of wood to burn but bring your own or purchase more firewood from the local service station at Emerald Beach or at Mitre 10 in Woolgoolga. Kids will love playing in the large backyard, with plenty of room to run around on the lawns.

Pet Friendly:
A Pet Fee of $110 is payable, which is a one-off fee per pet for the duration of your stay (up to 7 days). There is also an additional pet bond of $500. Please note that only 2 pets are permitted per property at any time. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.
Other Things to Note:
- This home requires a security deposit and rental agreement
- Minimum booking age of 21 years of age applies and parties are prohibited
- We use a third-party Guest App which will be responsible for all communication before and during your stay
- Concierge services are available via our Guest App
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
