The terrace is complete with comfy seating for relaxation and an electronic retractable roof to make the most of outdoor enjoyment. Splash is the perfect beachfront retreat.

Discover the ultimate luxurious master suite on the first floor. This stunning bedroom has amazing views from the private deck, with its own electronic retractable awning, sumptuous ensuite where you can soak in the bath and enjoy the ocean vista, walk-in-robe and a sitting room and ducted air-conditioning.
The ground floor contains another two good sized bedrooms both with built-in-robes, the main bathroom including a glass framed shower, spa bath and a study nook that can inspire you to work or just gaze out at the pristine views!
The studio on the lower ground floor provides guests with additional privacy with lovely high ceilings, luxurious ensuite, walk-in-robe and glass sliders to the pool area.
Stroll down to the beach from your backyard and walk along the soft sands past Woolgoolga Lake to the cafés and restaurants for a coffee or a long lunch!

- We use a third-party Guest App which will be responsible for all communication before and during your stay
- Concierge services are available via our Guest App
- Please note this property does not provide streaming services, you will have to bring your own logins.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
