You’ll love the architecturally designed pool pavilion set in a private garden with comfy and stylish outdoor lounging and daybeds, perfect to spend days enjoying the saltwater pool.

The property backs onto National Park grassland and bushland, full of birdlife, kangaroos and other native animals, for nature lovers this will be pure bliss. Cut through the National Park and you are 8 minutes’ walk away from 4 beaches. You will be spoilt for choice with things to do and places to see.

This spacious holiday home features two living areas, two kitchens and multiple areas to relax, so there is plenty of room for the whole family or for groups.

Walk and admire the native vegetation and wildlife. The outside cabana is all yours to relax and read, sleep or eat. BBQ is supplied on the deck should you wish to cook up a storm. The front porch is great for your morning cuppa and whale watching or seeing the sunrise over Arrawarra Headland. The front grassy deck with sun lounges lets you soak up the sun, read or just relax or play a game of Bocce. For evenings in, enjoy the Media Room to watch a great movie, although there are also TVs in both living areas as well as the main bedroom.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans and there is air-conditioning throughout the living areas. Combined with sea breezes, you are ensured comfortable days and nights here.

The main ensuite has a spa bath, perfectly positioned to take in the views. The family bathroom also features a spa bath overlooking the pool.

In winter, enjoy cooler days and nights in front of the state-of-the-art gas fireplace. Enjoy cooking in the beautiful kitchen with a butler’s pantry. Make yourself a coffee in the mornings with the Breville Barista Max coffee machine. Whip up meals in either of the two full-sized kitchens or head to the many hip cafes in the town of Woolgoolga, just an 8-minute drive away.

Swimmers and surfers will also love the beach, with its renowned point break. If you feel like a little walk, take off for a rockpool ramble, look for ancient Aboriginal fish traps and sea creatures or walk over to Mullaway Beach. You’ll also find a picnic area nestled in a tree-lined park.

Artisan recycles all its refuse, and provides bins for recycling paper, plastic and glass. Green waste bins are provided in the kitchen. Thank you in advance for recycling.
