Sleeping up to 8 guests, this pet-friendly beachfront holiday home has a direct pathway to the beach and is just a stone’s throw away from the charming shops and cafes of the coastal town of Sawtell. Boasting direct beach access, this exquisite beach house is ideal for a family or friends getaway, offering convenience in every aspect. Savor a glass of wine on a warm evening on the timber deck that extends to the lush lawn. Equipped with transparent blinds and a BBQ, the deck is suitable for year-round use. For the young or young at heart, there’s ample space to roam around. With an outdoor shower and private beach access, you have abundant options for cooling down. Beached is also pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry family member along with you. Please note a pet fee applies.

Comfort and entertainment take center stage with amenities such as Wi-Fi, Smart TV, board games, air conditioning, and more to help you unwind.

The kitchen is centrally located, and makes holiday cooking easy with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, electric oven, and an array of appliances, crockery, serving ware, and glassware. If you don’t feel like cooking, use our Concierge Service to arrange catering delivered to your holiday home, or simply walk to the many cafes and bars that are a close stroll away. Completing the downstairs area is the spacious master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a freestanding bath, double vanity, and beautiful plantation shutters overlooking the queen bed and the tropical garden beyond. Crisp white linen and fluffy towels adorn all rooms.

Upstairs, beyond the well-equipped laundry, await three more bedrooms—two Queen-sized rooms and one King-sized room, providing ample space for the entire group to unpack and enjoy.
