Welcome to Beachfront #12, where family-friendly comfort and location combine to create a place to get away from it all. This absolute beachfront home, set across two levels, enjoys fabulous ocean views from the Master and King bedroom and an open plan living area downstairs.
Downstairs, open the large stacker doors and the indoor space merges organically with the outdoor living spaces. Relax by the pool or spa, lounge in the cabana, or send the kids to play on the beachfront lawn, which includes a putting green!
Gourmet galley style kitchen includes commercial-style ilve appliances, dual wine fridges and plenty of space make this ideal holiday for large families.

Enjoy incredible ocean views from the outdoor pool and spa. Outdoor lounges overlooking the pool are ideal for parents to relax while keeping an eye on the children. Or take some time to relax on Balinese style thatched hut with built in day bed, perfect for lounging with a book or magazine and a cup of tea or wine.
The master suite includes open ensuite with freestanding bath which enjoys stunning ocean views, a large wardroom and private balcony. This room also has a door to access adjoining bedroom if required. The King bedroom has stunning ocean views and direct balcony access. Queen bedroom with large ensuite is located near the fourth bedroom which is perfect for parents to keep an eye on younger children. Bedroom 4 features two trundle beds and is well suited for young children. Four of the five bedrooms have their own well-appointed bathrooms. Bedroom 5 is located on the ground floor level, it features a queen size bed and suits anyone unable to climb stairs.

Pet-Friendly:
This property is Pet-Friendly. A Pet Fee of $110 is payable, which is a one-off fee per pet for the duration of your stay (up to 7 days). There is also an additional pet bond of $500. Please note that only 2 pets are permitted per property at any time. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.

- This home requires a security deposit and rental agreement
- Minimum booking age of 21 years of age applies and parties are prohibited
- We use a third-party Guest App which will be responsible for all communication before and during your stay
- Concierge services are available via our Guest App
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
