Welcome to Beachfront by the CC, located only 30 meters from beach access, this three-bedroom, three-bathroom home features floor-to-ceiling concertina doors that open up to allow for fluid indoor-outdoor living.
Beachfront by the CC lends itself to romantic couples getaways. If food and wine are your passions, you’re looking at the perfect place to enjoy cooking in a spacious well-equipped kitchen, then snuggle up in the comfy lounge adjacent to the lower level concertina doors on a plush vintage leather lounge. Fancy a late-night dip in the heated plunge pool? No problem, it’s completely private.
The roomy master has an equally spacious ensuite complete with dual shower heads and a large jetted soaker tub. The second king room with ensuite is located on the ground level. A third large bedroom with two queen beds is located in the back of the house on the main living level, with a full bathroom just outside the door entryway.
If the kids are joining you, there is plenty to do here in Coffs Harbour to keep them entertained, you’ll get your quiet time later! Along with being famous for its beaches, the city also features renowned family-friendly attractions. Check out our Outdoor Activities page for inspiration.
Let’s not forget the beach access is only a few meters away. Campbell’s Beach is famous for its surf fishing so don’t forget to pack your fishing gear. Two beach surfing fishing rods are provided for you, we encourage you to bring your favourite tackle! Please note that Campbells Beach and Sapphire Beach are not patrolled.

The Big Banana and other tourist attractions are also an easy drive away – you will be spoilt for choice!

Pet Friendly:
This property warmly welcomes pets. A one-off $110 Pet Fee is applicable per pet for the duration of your stay. Additionally, an additional pet bond of $500 is required. Please note that only 2 pets are permitted per property at any time. For more information, kindly refer to our terms and conditions.

- This home requires a security deposit and rental agreement
- Minimum booking age of 21 years of age applies and parties are prohibited
- We use a third-party Guest App which will be responsible for all communication before and during your stay
- Concierge services are available via our Guest App

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
