It’s a great base for families wanting a holiday home away from the hustle and bustle, but still a close drive to the conveniences of Coffs Harbour and Park Beach.
The renovated kitchen has stone benchtops, a gas stovetop and oven, dishwasher with a breakfast bar seating five. Make a coffee with the coffee machine and enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the large timber table in the backyard alfresco area. Or indulge and walk to the popular cafes along Ocean Parade, just 12 mins walk away.
The spacious lounge room has big leather lounges and large TV, opening via sliding doors onto the alfresco dining area and backyard.
Whether on holiday or workcation, this home has plenty of space for the family, or just for couples. Work or study from the home office located in one of the four bedrooms or use the separate dining area with dining table seating 8.
Enjoy a fire pit in the backyard during the cooler months, or relax on the hammock in summer. Walk or drive to the beach – its up to you.

Emily House is located just a 2 minute drive, or 12 minute walk to Park Beach and the conveniences of cafes along Ocean Parade. It is a close drive to Coffs Harbour’s popular Park Beach Plaza with its shops, cafes and groceries. It is just a 6 minute drive to Coffs Harbour Airport.
Park Beach is near restaurants and cafes and the Park Beach Bowling club. Coffs Harbour is well known for its stunning beaches. You’ll be spoilt for choice!

This property warmly welcomes pets. Emily House has a fully fenced and covered enclosure within a fully fenced yard, which offers additional security and protection for your pet. Small dogs may be able to crawl under the house, please ensure you review the area before leaving your pet unattended. A one-off $110 Pet Fee is applicable per pet for the duration of your stay. Additionally, an additional pet bond of $500 is required. Please note that only 2 pets are permitted per property at any time. For more information, kindly refer to our terms and conditions.

- Minimum booking age of 21 years of age applies and parties are prohibited.
- We use a third-party Guest App which will be responsible for all communication before and during your stay.
- Concierge services are available via our Guest App.
- Equipment Waiver Applies
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
