Fairways Beach House is furnished in a coastal style to evoke the perfect beachy holiday vibe. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. As you walk in the door, you’ll notice the gorgeous dining table and pendant light; look further into the house you’ll see through to the relaxing mineral pool with sun lounges to enjoy.
The pool is enriched with MineralX, a unique blend of 100% naturally occurring minerals designed to create a luxurious swimming experience. Relax and enjoy the wellness benefits of the pool. MineralX contains a magnesium-enriched mineral blend that leaves your hair and skin feeling moisturized and soft, enhances your overall well-being, and is great for bathers with sensitive skin.
The pool and backyard feature natural garden beds and decking with an outdoor lounge and sunbeds. Relax by the pool and listen to the gentle sound of golfers on the 8th hole which is located over a natural watercourse at the back of the block. The view out to the golf course is serene, made even more peaceful by the variety of trees and palm trees on adjoining properties.
There are two living areas in the home. The more formal living area has a large TV and a queen sofa bed in this room should you require additional sleeping quarters. The second living area looks out to the pool and has a comfortable sofa as well as extra-large bean bags for lounging that can be used inside and outside.
There are 3 generous bedrooms. The spacious main bedroom with a king bed is located at the back of the house and has French doors opening to the back deck and pool area. The second bedroom is at the front of the house and has a split king that can be configured as 2 singles or as a king bed. The third bedroom has a trundle bed and is perfect for children. There is also a fold-out queen sofa bed in the lounge room.
The family bathroom features a large walk-in shower, while the second bathroom which is located near the kitchen and dining area, has a shower as well as a washing machine and laundry tub.
The kitchen is stocked with utensils and kitchenware for cooking on holidays and also includes a Nespresso coffee machine and Nutri bullet blender.

This property is Pet-Friendly. A Pet Fee of $110 is payable, which is a one-off fee per pet for the duration of your stay (up to 7 days). There is also an additional pet bond of $500. - We use a third-party Guest App which will be responsible for all communication before and during your stay

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
