La Palma features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, providing convenience and privacy for all guests. In addition, there is also a trundle bed (2 single beds) in the downstairs living area if you need to spread out. Two spacious living areas provide retreats for relaxation and socializing. A built-in desk and hi-speed NBN ideal for workations.
The outdoor space at La Palma is simply spectacular. A stunning resort-style pool beckons you to take a refreshing dip on a hot summer’s day, while the expansive outdoor living area invites you to unwind and soak up the sunshine. The pool is a Magnapool, with water containing minerals including magnesium, which is great for soothing muscles and for soft skin and hair. This property warmly welcomes pets. La Palma has a fully fenced and covered enclosure within a fully fenced yard, which offers additional security and protection for your pet. A one-off $110 Pet Fee is applicable per pet for the duration of your stay. Additionally, an additional pet bond of $500 is required. Please note that only 2 pets are permitted per property at any time. For more information, kindly refer to our terms and conditions.
Other Things to Note:
– This home requires a security deposit and rental agreement.
– The Trundle bed can be made up for an additional fee.
– Minimum booking age of 21 years of age applies, and parties are prohibited.
– We use a third-party Guest App, which will be responsible for all communication before and during your stay.
– Concierge services are available via our Guest App.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
