Welcome to Lighthouse at Emerald Beach, an affordable, family-friendly home with views that don’t come any better! You will be amazed at the gorgeous views from this 3- level home where the beach is just a short walk away.
Sleeping up to 9 people, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the home is located on a quiet street, where you will often see kangaroos grazing along the nature strip and even in your own backyard!
The living areas of the home are located on the second level, with two lounge areas, a dining area, and a spacious kitchen. These areas flow out onto a large deck with an outdoor dining setting. Enjoy the ocean breezes and the stunning ocean views, which include a lovely view of South Solitary Island with its historic lighthouse and outbuildings.
On level one, there is a children’s living area with a TV, fold-out single sofa bed, bean bags, and a large desk where the kids can draw or do arts and crafts. Two bedrooms flow off this area, one of the bedrooms has two single beds, while the other bedroom has a queen bed that enjoys ocean views – perfect if children need to sleep near parents.
The main bedroom takes up the entire third level of the home, ensuring complete privacy from the rest of the house. It has a queen bed, a sitting area, and a desk overlooking the ocean. There is also an ensuite with a shower and toilet as well as a walk-in robe. The main bedroom has windows on three sides of the room to capture the amazing views and the lovely sea breezes.
On the ground floor level, is the entrance, a spacious bedroom with a queen bed as well as laundry/ bathroom featuring a shower and toilet.
Lighthouse at Emerald Beach has a large, terraced yard for kids to play on. For days spent at the beach which is a walk away, come back and rinse off in the outdoor shower.

This property is Pet-Friendly. A Pet Fee of $110 is payable, which is a one-off fee per pet for the duration of your stay (up to 7 days). There is also an additional pet bond of $500. - We use a third-party Guest App which will be responsible for all communication before and during your stay

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
