Lumière is perfect for those who appreciate the finer things in life and sleeps up to 8 people. Designed over three levels, the floor plan provides private spaces for friends and family and captures the ocean views and sea breezes.
There are plenty of outdoor areas to enjoy. Take in the views to the ocean and lighthouse from the large entertaining balcony with dining, lounge and BBQ. Enjoy sunny breakfasts, long afternoon lunches or dinners on balmy evenings. Make the most of your holiday and use our concierge service to arrange catering, platters or even a private chef. The 10-metre pool with a gazebo is the perfect spot to laze away the afternoons, ready a book, enjoy drinks or quality time together.
Level one is the heart of the home and offers a large living and media room. So close the media curtains and cocoon yourself on the comfy lounge, and enjoy watching movies. There are two bedrooms on this level, one with a queen bed and two single beds. There’s also a family bathroom with a separate toilet.
The dining space has a dining table seating 8 and leads down a few steps to the gourmet entertainers kitchen with stone benchtops and windows looking out to the trees and ocean. There’s an additional light-filled sitting area with gorgeous cane lounges and large stacking glass doors that lead to the outside entertaining area.
Walk upstairs to the upper level, and you will find the sumptuous master suite with a private balcony and stunning views, plus a vast luxury ensuite with a freestanding bath and walk-in robe. There’s also an open plan office space with a desk, perfect if you are on a workcation.
On the lower level, accessed via a spiral staircase, there’s a queen bedroom with an ensuite. This room has views over the pool and garden.

Pet Friendly by Consideration:
If approved, a Pet Fee of $110 is payable, which is a one-off fee per pet for the duration of your stay (up to 7 days). There is also an additional pet bond of $500. Please note that only 2 pets are permitted per property at any time. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.
Other Things to Note:
- This home requires a security deposit and rental agreement
- Minimum booking age of 21 years of age applies and parties are prohibited.
- This property is not suitable for toddlers due to the inability to block off the stairs. Infants and children are welcome
- We use a third-party Guest App which will be responsible for all communication before and during your stay.
- Concierge services are available via our Guest App.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
