Pipe Dreams has 2 half-pipe skateboard ramps, a huge pilates studio, and two great surfing beaches with one of the best point breaks in Australia – all waiting for you to enjoy. It is also pet-friendly and fully fenced, so you can holiday with the whole family!
Pipe Dreams is a large family home with two large living areas with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows and doors, fully equipped kitchen & laundry facilities, an open plan kitchen and dining area, as well as two expansive outdoor decks with dining tables and a BBQ.
The upper level of the home has timber ceilings and timber floors and is accessed by a feature staircase. Three bedrooms are located on the upper level, including the main bedroom which has ocean views and an ensuite. The ground floor level has 2 bedrooms, one of which is a great teenagers’ retreat area with a large TV. There is also a bathroom, laundry, and a large pilates studio on the ground level. Thepilates/ yoga studio which is available for use with an additional hire fee has 3 Pilates/Yoga mats, one fitball, aus torsion weights, and 2 TRX suspension trainers.
At Pipe Dreams there is off the street parking for two cars and room for one car in the garage. There is also an area for secure bicycle and surfboard storage. There is bike racking for up to nine bikes (BYO bikes).

Pipe Dreams is located at Arrawarra Headland. It is positioned to take in the beautiful natural surroundings and backs onto a nature reserve from which to access the beach. A second beach on the other side of the headland is also just a short walk away.
Arrawarra Headland offers marvelous views out over the Solitary Islands Marine Park, but it’s the surf breaks that most visitors will be interested in. Waves break over the reefs, generally consistently, making for an excellent point break. Arrawarra is perfect for surfing, fishing, swimming or morning strolls.
Pipe Dreams is just a 7-minute drive to Woolgoolga where you will find shops, restaurants, cafes, and boutiques. Woolgoolga also boasts an award-winning Vodka and Gin distillery as well as a popular brewery. Coffs Harbour airport is just a 25-minute drive for easy connection with Sydney, Melbourne Brisbane, and Canberra

This property is Pet-Friendly. A Pet Fee of $110 is payable, which is a one-off fee per pet for the duration of your stay (up to 7 days). There is also an additional pet bond of $500.
