The ground floor living and dining present spacious, modern, luxury living with two 3 meter lounge suites, a 3-meter dining table, 55′ Samsung Frame TV and positioned just 35 meters from the beach. The living area opens completely to the pool terrace with outdoor dining, featuring an infinity-edge pool with a 12 person hot spa, thatched gazebo with lounges, deckchairs and BBQ. A timber deck positioned at the very edge of the beach offers an amazing ambience of outstanding beach and headland landscapes while you dine and relax. Fishing rods are supplied for great beach fishing.
The fully equipped galley kitchen with world-class ILVE appliances is an entertainer’s dream with separate refrigeration for wines and beverages, 1200mm gas cooking station, 900mm oven, and instant ZIP hot/cold filtered water. For coffee lovers, it also has a Breville The Oracle Touch Coffee Machine. We provide a complimentary pack of delicious Artisti coffee, locally roasted in Coffs Harbour so you can wake up and enjoy a delicious coffee at your beachfront paradise.
The first-floor lounge area has stunning unobstructed ocean panoramas, an arcade table with 60 games – perfect to entertain the kids, and a 50′ TV. This area opens to an ocean-facing balcony with day-bed and sun chairs with views to the horizon.
To ensure your ultimate comfort day and night in any season, the entire home is air-conditioned. The home is located in a gated community. It has a double garage plus additional street parking if required.

Pet-Friendly:
This property warmly welcomes pets. Sapphire Sands has a fully fenced patio, which offers additional security and protection for your pet. A one-off $110 Pet Fee is applicable per pet for the duration of your stay. Additionally, an additional pet bond of $500 is required. Please note that only 2 pets are permitted per property at any time. For more information, kindly refer to our terms and conditions.
Other Things to Note:
- This home requires a security deposit and rental agreement
- Minimum booking age of 21 years of age applies and parties are prohibited.
- We use a third-party Guest App which will be responsible for all communication before and during your stay.
- Concierge services are available via our Guest App
- The trundle bed in the 3rd bedroom for the 6th guest is really only suitable for a child.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
