Sea Pine Cottage is a single level, 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom cottage that sleeps 6 people. It is located across the road from the Sawtell Beach reserve and is close distance to Sawtell Life Saving Club.
The cottage has a separate studio (Sea Pine Studio) that can be booked separately, or you can book the entire property (Sea Pine Cottage and Studio) which sleeps 8 people. Please note that if you are booking Sea Pine Cottage (not including the studio) you are not booking the entire property and the Studio will remain bookable by others during your stay. Common areas include the backyard and BBQ.

Sea Pine Cottage is located across the road from Sawtell beach reserve. It is just a 10-minute drive from Coffs Harbour Airport for easy transfers from Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. It is just 14 minutes drive from Coffs Central Shopping Centre and within easy reach off all of the attractions of the Coffs Coast.

- We use a third-party Guest App which will be responsible for all communication before and during your stay.
- Concierge services are available via our Guest App.
- Property is pet friendly only when the cottage and studio are booked together.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your license/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
