Sundecks, named just so because of this homes’ vast balconies, providing picture perfect views over Emerald Beach and beyond. This beach house has everything you need to make wonderful holiday memories and is a short walk to the patrolled Emerald Beach and just a stroll away from the fabulous Surf Street Café, where you can grab your morning coffee or book in for lunch or dinner.
Walk up the grand timber staircase to the main living area on level 2, comprising open lounge spilling onto a fabulous entertaining deck with astonishing views, lounges and BBQ. There is also an internal lift – available for use with prior arrangement and additional bond.
The chef’s kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare a gourmet feast. Whip up a light breakfast to enjoy at the breakfast bar or the sun deck as you pondering the day ahead gazing over the ocean.
Upstairs on level 3 is a separate retreat lounge with TV, the master suite with queen bed and ensuite as well as a second large bedroom with king bed and ensuite. Both bedrooms open onto a large deck with amazing views. There is also a business centre/ office with computer and printer for anything that can’t wait until you get home.

Emerald Beach is a small, quiet, beachside village 9 km north of Coffs Harbour, with two destination restaurants. The safe swimming beach is popular among local surfers with excellent beach breaks along the southern reef break. You can take them on a beach walk around to Look At Me Now Headland or head to the playground in the park behind the beach. Feel like venturing out? The Surf Street Cafe, Emerald Beach Pizza and Wired for Coffee are just a short stroll away. The nearest airport is Coffs Harbour Airport, 20 km from Sundecks. Emerald Beach, 10 km from Woolgoolga.

- We use a third-party Guest App which will be responsible for all communication before and during your stay.
- Concierge services are available via our Guest App.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and we request that you block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
