The living area opens onto a deck with an outdoor lounge and dining setting, overlooking the spectacular view of the ocean, for you to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets.
The spacious master with a luxurious ensuite with bathtub is the perfect retreat space in which to relax. The master also has a desk workspace if you are on a workcation and need a quiet spot to work or take phone calls. Feel your stress melt away as you work whilst listening to the sound of the ocean and birdlife.
Kids will be entertained for hours with a table tennis set up in the garage. The second bedroom with bunk beds is perfect for up to four older children and is equipped with a large TV to keep them further occupied and happy.

Tea Trees is located just 20 minutes north of Coffs Harbour in the town of Woolgoolga. With beautiful beaches, magnificent rainforest and a famous curry festival, Woolgoolga on the Coffs Coast is perfect for a beach holiday, bushwalking and adventure.
Swimming, snorkelling, surfing and kayaking are all popular, and the ruggedly beautiful headland is great for whale watching.
Woolgoolga Beach, known to locals as Woopi, curves to the Woolgoolga Headland, in the gorgeous Coffs Coast Regional Park. With spectacular views, the headland is one of the best vantage points in the region for spotting whales during the annual migration between May and November.
At the southern end, you’ll find a beachside reserve that hosts the Blues and Berries music and food festival in November. At the northern end is the colonial shipwreck the Buster, which ran aground in 1893.
Woolgoolga is an easy 25min drive north of Coffs Harbour and a six-hour drive from Sydney. Bus services run regularly between Coffs Harbour and Woolgoolga. Direct flights operate from Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane to Coffs Harbour Airport and you can also catch the train from Sydney.

Pets Considered:
Pets are considered at this property. A Pet Fee of $110 is payable, which is a one-off fee per pet for the duration of your stay (up to 7 days). There is also an additional pet bond of $500. Please note that only 2 pets are permitted per property at any time. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.
Other things to note:
- This home requires a security deposit and rental agreement
- Minimum booking age of 21 years of age applies and parties are prohibited.
- We use a third-party Guest App which will be responsible for all communication before and during your stay.
- Concierge services are available via our Guest App.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
