The Outlook is perched on a beautifully landscaped hillside overlooking the sparkling waters of the Solitary Islands Marine Reserve, just 6km north of Coffs Harbour. This recently completed modern architectural home has been designed to fully capture unsurpassed 180-degree views of the Pacific Ocean and adjoining coastline.
The home features four large bedrooms each of which offers spectacular views. The oversized master bedroom is located in a separate but connected pavilion with a large ensuite. All bedrooms offer king beds, two of which can be converted to split singles should this be preferable. Blackout curtains are provided to the bedrooms to ensure a decadent sleep-in should sunrise yoga not be your thing. Three fully tiled and luxuriously appointed bathrooms with two separate baths are provided.
The Outlook at Sapphire is an entertainers paradise, boasting an open plan living layout, a large island bench and two outdoor dining areas – there’s no better place to feast with family or friends to drink in the views with your loved ones. Miele appliances, stone benchtops, plumbed fridge with ice maker, Nespresso machine and a full range of kitchen essentials will unleash your hidden Masterchef. Whilst the home is bathed by cooling ocean breezes, ceiling fans are provided throughout and the master bedroom is air-conditioned. A state of the art gas log fire provides added warmth on winter nights.
The seamless integration of inside and outside is complemented by an indoor/outdoor wireless sound system, three Smart TVs with Netflix and free Wi-Fi. Extending from the open plan living area is a large elevated deck that connects to the expansive limestone paved terrace. A unique Moroccan inspired semi-circular plunge pool adjoins the terrace. Unparalleled coastal and ocean views are provided from the deck, terrace and pool itself ensuring that you will always feel part of the natural environment. A Weber BBQ and ample outdoor furniture is provided to ensure your total enjoyment. The home is fully insect screened.
The Outlook is appointed with beautiful and comfortable furnishings and artwork which will ensure your stay is restful and relaxing. Full laundry facilities, quality linen and towels are provided as well as ample secure undercover parking. A kitchen essentials starter package is provided for your convenience.

Pets are considered at this property. A Pet Fee of $110 is payable, which is a one-off fee per pet for the duration of your stay (up to 7 days). There is also an additional pet bond of $500. Please note that only 2 pets are permitted per property at any time. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.
Other Things to Note:
- This home requires a security deposit and rental agreement
- Minimum booking age of 21 years of age applies and parties are prohibited.
- We use a third-party Guest App which will be responsible for all communication before and during your stay.
- Concierge services are available via our Guest App.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and we request that you block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
