Zaffiro Beach House overlooks the stunning blue waters of Sapphire Beach.
Just 10 minutes from the centre of Coffs Harbour. This three bedroom, three bathroom house is located in one of Coffs Harbour’s most private beach suburbs – away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas, but within easy reach.
While this house is suitable for anyone wanting a relaxed holiday at the beach, it has some special features that will help if you or someone in your family has mobility issues. Firstly, a ramped pathway provides wheelchair or easy walking access to the house. The main level of the house has been designed with a queen bedroom and bathroom that can accommodate aids for those who find it difficult to stand in the shower. Then there’s the WYMO hoist above the inground pool to help wheelchair users in and out of the pool.
This well-equipped accommodation will sleep up to 8. For relaxing indoors, there’s comfy lounges and a great selection of DVDs. If outdoors is more your thing, you can enjoy the private pool area, a big lawn for playing or relaxing, or the beach which is just a short walk away.

This property is Pet-Friendly. A Pet Fee of $110 is payable, which is a one-off fee per pet for the duration of your stay. There is also an additional pet bond of $500. - This home requires a security deposit and rental agreement

- Parties, Weddings, Large Group Congregations are unfortunately NOT PERMITTED. Please see terms and conditions.
- The number of guests or visitors using Zaffiro Beach House at any one time is not permitted to exceed the number stated on your confirmation letter. Additional persons are permitted with written consent.
- Undeclared persons will be charged at $100/person/night.
- We use a third-party Guest App which will be responsible for all communication before and during your stay.
- Concierge services are available via our Guest App.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
